Shipping and Return Policy for Delta Label

Shipping Information: We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, offering reliable shipping services through Ninjavan, a trusted logistics partner, to ensure that your orders arrive in a timely manner.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders shipped via Ninjavan will generally arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or high-volume periods.

  • Self-Collection Option: For customers who prefer to pick up their orders, we offer the self-collection option. To arrange self-collection, kindly reach out to the Delta Team via WhatsApp to schedule a convenient pickup time.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number for your convenience. If your order is placed before 12 PM, the tracking details will be sent on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will receive the tracking number by the following business day. You can track your shipment through the Ninjavan platform or via the provided link.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

​Return and Exchange Policy:

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. Our return and exchange policy is designed to address defective items only, as we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review our terms carefully:

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. Returns for products that are not defective, or for reasons such as change of mind, will not be processed.

  • Proof of Defect: To initiate a return, we require photo and video proof of the defect or damage, which must be submitted via WhatsApp for verification purposes. This helps us assess the issue efficiently and process your return accordingly.

  • Return Process: Once the defect has been confirmed, the buyer is required to return the item at the seller's convenience. Return shipping instructions and the preferred method for returning the product will be discussed directly with the seller via WhatsApp. The return must be completed within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable). Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or tampering will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Refunds or Replacements: Once the return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, a refund or replacement will be processed based on the buyer’s preference. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed, depending on the payment method.

  • The shipping costs for returning defective items are typically covered by the seller, provided the return meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
